Abstract The influences of S ranging from 15×10~(-6)to 175×100(-6)(mass fraction) on mechanical properties and microstructure have been studied. The results show that S reduced detrimentally the 650℃ stress rupture life and decreased the dutilities of the tensile and stress rupture at 650℃.
