Abstract The contribution of dilated lattice constant of nanocrystal to the resistivity is investigated by using the Landauer formula.The relationship between Landauer resistivity and crystal dilation is given.Numerical calculation shows that the resistivity is increasing nonlinearly as the dilation growing.
