Abstract  Parameters of gas evaporation method to prepare the nano-particles of amorphous Ni-Ti alloy have been investigated. The particles obtained were characterised by TEM, HREM, XRD and EDAX. It seems to form easily the amorphous nano-particles under some lower pressure of the inert gas and higher evaporating temperature within a composition range near Ni40Ti60 eutectic.
