Abstract  The FMR (ferromagnetic resonance) spectra at room temperature andits variation with θ, the included angle between static magnetic field and directionparallel to ribboh axis, in amorphous metglas Fe_(54.4)Ni_(36.4)Cu_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Co_(0.2)Si_(0.2)P_(8.0)havebeen studied. The FMR spectra reveal single or double peak at θ=0 or 90°respec-tively. The line width is of anisotropy. A new experimental verification was madeof the uniaxial anisotropy in the amorphous alloy ribbon. The easy axis of mag-netization is the axis of ribbon.
