Abstract Notch tensile tests of samples after high temperature, high pressuregas charging of hydrogen were carried out for Fe-Cr-Ni-Mn-N austenitic steels.The results indicated that the increase of δ-Fe contents obviously enhances the hy-drogen embrittlement susceptibility of the steels.
