Abstract The influence of high temperature repressing on the P segregation in93W-4.5Ni-2.5Fe alloy has been examined by Auger spectroscopy, EPMA, TEM andSEM. The P was observed to segregate along the W-W interface, especially the W-matrix boundaries, in specimens aged at 1200--1500℃, F.C., but it will be no moreafter repressed. The dislocations in the matrix of as-repressed alloy seem to be influ-ential directly on the segregation of P onio interface. The mechanical propertiesmay decrease with the interfacial segregation of P in the annealed specimens.
