Abstract  Mssbauer spectra of four Fe-based alloys before and after quenching at high temperature and high pressure were studied and the relationships of the hyporfine field H(nf),magnetization M and correlated parametiers to electron concentration of alloys have been obtained. Based on Stoner's rigid band model the variational regulations of H(nf)and M for the carburized alloys were discussed. It was revealed that the 2p electrons of carbon atom filled the 3d holes of iron atom, and there exists Fe-C bond.
