摘要: 研究了由几种不同基团比和的热固性树脂与K08Al薄钢板组成的层状复合板的力学性能、成形性及减振性。结果表明,仅用应变硬化指数n值和塑性应变比r值不足以充分评定复合钢板的成形性。在复合钢板设计时应考虑到表皮钢板应具有良好的成形性,其间的粘接强度应超过13MPa复会钢板的使用温度在其夹层材料的玻璃化温度约±15℃内可获得最佳减振性能。

Abstract:The laminated damping steels composed of K08Al deep-drawing steel and thermoset resin with several different sum of mole ratio are prepared to study the mechanical properties,forming and vibration-damping behaviour.The results show that the n and r values are insufficient to evaluate the formability of the laminated damping steels.In design of the laminated damping steels the skin sheet steel with excellent formability should be selected and the steel-resin-steel sheets must have 13 MPa shear bonding strength or more.In order to obtain the optimum damping effect,the working temperature of the laminated damping sheets should be within±15℃ of the vitrification point of the resin.
