摘要: <正> Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金是七十年代问世的高强高韧近β钛合金。本文从金相和真应力-真应变曲线两个方面研究该合金在热变形过程中及随后冷却过程中的再结晶特性。
Abstract:The effect of hot deformation conditions on the recrystallization in Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy was investigated. The working softening during deformation above T_β is due to the dynamic recovery. The recrystallization was considered as the static recrystallization following hot deformation. The volume fraction of recrystallzation decreases with increasing the deformation temperature. It is the temperature that causes the change of the β grain size prior to deformation. High strain rate will prompt the recrystallization.
