摘要: 本文研究了几种环境介质对 GH 36合金低循环疲劳寿命的影响.环境包括一般大气、蒸汽、海水、燃气以及几种环境的迭加.通过断裂机制和断口表面扫描 Au-ger 能谱分析,找出了环境介质影响该合金低循环疲劳寿命的原因.
Abstract:Studies were made of the effect of various environments,such as in atmos- phere,steam,matin impregnation and gas sputtering separately,or in a combi- nation of them at both ambient and elevated temperature,on the low cycle fa- tigue(LCF)life of an Fe-base superalloy GH36.On the basis of observation on the fracture behaviour and analysis of the scanning Auger electron spectroscopy on the fracture surface of the alloy,the cause of the LCF life affected by the environment has been discussed.
