摘要: 对金属玻璃蠕变不少作者作了研究,Spaepen 以及 Argon 等人还对金属玻璃形变机制提出了一些模型,取得了一定的成功。但是金属玻璃蠕变的规律没有得到系统的研究,特别是预退火处理对蠕变的影响规律几乎没有较定量的研究;在蠕变时间律的研究方面也只有少量的报道.本文比较系统地研究了两种金属玻璃的蠕变实验规律.
Abstract:This work is a systematic study of the creep behavior of metallic glasses, α-Pd_(80)Si_(20) and Cu_(60)Zr_(40).In particular,we studied the influence of stress,temper- ature and pre-annealing treatments on creep curves.Quantitative relations be- tween viscosity and the pro-annealing parameters(t_a and T_a)were obtained as following: η=K_1+K_2 ln t_a and η=C exp(T_a/α) Results were also obtained for“Changing-Load Creep”and“Secon-drun Creep” measurements.
