摘要: 用扫描电子显微镜对含硼量为0.0005—0.0050%(酸溶硼)并经各种处理的50B钢冲击断口进行了系统的观察。当Fe_(23)(C,B)_6相沿奥氏体晶界析出的尺寸大于2μm且数量多时,析出相周围出现“壳层状硼脆断口”特征,相应地冲击性能显著降低。通过电子探针X射线微区分析、金相磨片和冲击断面深度腐蚀以及电解相分离X射线衍射分析等技术,研究了这种特征断口的形成机理。 对于出现“壳层状硼脆断口”的50B钢,正常的调质处理不能恢复其性能。但在980—1050℃重新固溶处理并以较快速率冷却到室温则可以改变硼相的析出形态,并改变相应的断口形态,相应地性能也恢复或有所提高。 上述机理在40MnMoB钢中再次得到证实。
Abstract:The impact fracture of a medium carbon (0.5%C) steel containing boron(0.0005-0.0050% acid soluble boron) has been examined by SEM after various heat-treatments. It was found that shellshaped fracture occurred only if Fe_(23)(C,B)_6precipitated at austenite grain boundries was in large quantity and with particlesize greater than 2μm, the corresponding impact values of such specimens wereextremely low. Such specimens could not be remedied by the usual quench andtemper treatment, and re-solution treatment at high temperatures (980-1050℃)followed by rapid cooling to room temperature was necessary to modify the sizeand distribution of the boron-containing phase, with the consequence of improvingproperties and eliminating the shell-shaped fracture. Similar fractures were alsoobserved in a 40MnMoB steel.
