摘要: 液相烧结SmCo_5永磁体热稳定性与磁体的内禀矫顽力H_(ci)及磁滞回线方形度H_k发现有密切关系,找到了初始的不可逆磁损失、长期时效过程中的不可逆磁损失及在较高温度(如250℃)下的总损失(可逆与不可逆损失的和)与H_(ci),H_k的关系曲线。为改善磁体的热稳定性,必须提高磁体的内禀矫顽力及磁滞回线方形度。
Abstract:The stability of SmCo_5 permanent magnet prepared by liquid phase sinteringwas found to depend substantially on its intrinsic coercivity and hysteresis loopsquareness. A set of curves concerning initial irreversible loss, irreversible lossduring long-term(up to 10000h) aging and total loss (including both reversibleand irreversible) under certain elevated temperatures (e.g.250℃) against H_(ci) andH_k has been plotted.
