摘要: 本文用长短两种跨度的三点弯曲试样测试J_(Ic)值,用以检验J积分和应变能间的关系式。实验结果表明,用J=2/B(W-a)(U-U_0+M~2φ/BE'W~2)计算的J_(Ic)值,对于短跨度(S/W=4)试样,裂纹深度在0.22≤a/W≤0.71范围内,测得的J_(Ic)值具有稳定性(J_(Ic)=12.0±0.5公斤/毫米);对于长跨度(S/W=8)试样,裂纹深度在0.28≤a/W≤0.53范围内,测得的J_(Ic)值也具有稳定性(J_(Ic)=11.7±0.8公斤/毫米)。说明用不同跨度和不同裂纹深度的试样所测得的J_(Ic)值相同。但是用J=2U/B(W-a)计算的J_(Ic)值,对于短跨度浅裂纹及长跨度试样,其数值与裂纹深度有关。实验表明,前一个公式是J积分和应变能间较普遍的关系式。 此外,本文对试验机系统的非线性接触位移对J_(Ic)值测量的影响进行了讨论。
Abstract:In order to verify the correlation between J-integral and strain energy previously put forward (Acta Metallurgica Sinica, 12, 1976, 162), J_(Ic) values have been determined experimentally by means of TPB type specimens with two different ratios of S/W(4 and 8). The J_(Ic) values obtained by formulaJ=2/B(W-a)(U-U_0+M~2φ/BE'W~2) are: 124-0.5 or 11.7±0.8kg/mm for S/W=4 or 8 and a/W=0.22 to 0.71 or 0.28 to 0.53 respectively. This mesns that similar J_(Ic) values are obtained from TPB specimens of different ratios S/W and a/W. It is further shown that the formula aforementioned contributes a general correlation between J-integral and strain energy.
