摘要: 在一种35Ni-15Cr型铁基高温合金中,硅含量对持久强度和瞬时性能影响显著,而铬含量由15%降低至12%对力学性能和抗氧化性能影响不大。铬和硅含量的降低,可以延缓或抑制σ相和Laves相的形成,增加合金的组织稳定性。 研究了G相的提取分离方法,用化学分析法与电子探针技术测定了G相的化学成分,其化学式大致为Ni_(18)Ti_(10)Si_6。
Abstract:In a 35Ni-15Cr type iron-base superalloy, it has been found that, with the falling of Cr content from 15 to 12%, the oxidation resisting, as well as stressrupture and tensile properties were little effected, the latter however, appeared to vary significantly with the influence of Si contents. The σ and Laves phases were suppressed, and the microstructural stability increased with decreasing Cr and Si contents.The extracting process of G-phase by electrolytic and chemical method has been studied. By means of chemical in combination with electron probe analysis, the composition of G-phase was ascertained to be about Ni_(18)Ti_(10)Si_(16).
