Abstract Experiments clarified that the application of maximum entropymethod to calculate the RDF (radial distribution function) of the Ni-P amorphousalloy from its X-ray diffraction data shows a higher resolution and good consistentwith know results with less data. It is believed that this method is available forthe analysis of amorphous structure.
