Abstract Superior superplasticity up to 382 % is noticeable when alloy Ti-25AI-10Nb-3V-1 Mo(at.-%)is deformed at temperature 900-980℃ and a strain rate of 1×10~(-3) s~(-1). The superplastic model for grain boundary sliding combined with diffusion, dislocation slip, dislocation loop and stacking fault accommodation processes is recognized.Diffusion accommodation process is characteristic of helical dislocation and superjog climb by atomic diffusion mechanism. It is well established that type dislocation with dominate the dislocation accommodation process. The majority of dislocation loops are identified as shearing ones with, and a few of them are determined to be shearing plus diffusion dislocation loops with .
