Abstract  The relationships among trapping parameter, density of traps, trappingbinding energy and time-lag in electrochemical permeation experiment were studied forPd-D system. The apparent and lattice diffusivity of deuterium in palladium around theroom temperature was measured, and the deuterium trapping parameters for as cast,well-annealed and deformed palladium, as well as the binding energy between deuteriumand dislocation were obtained.
