摘要: 本文对沉淀硬化型镍基高温合金中γ′相体积百分数的计算,提供一种解析方法。同时给出了导演过程和最终得到的计算公式 f=(1.068C_(Al)+0.683C_(Tl)+0.368C_(Nb)+0.200C_(Ta)+0.470C_V+0.112C_W)/(0.566C_(Al)+0.343C_(Tl)+0.181C_(Nb)+0.096C_(Ta)+0.272C_V+0.070C_W+0.070C_(Mo)+0.114C_(Co)+0.130C_(Cr)+0.115C_(Ni))×100%式中,f——合金中γ′相的体积百分数; C_(Al)——合金化学成分中Al的wt-%; 其它符号类同。 应用上述公式,可以从合金化学成分(wt-%),直接由计算给出合金中γ′相的体积百分数,经二十种工业合金对比验证是可用的。
Abstract:A calculational formulation for v.-%, f, of γ′-phase in the precipitation hardening Ni-base superalloys was proposed as:where C denotes each wt-% of its own alloying element. It is available from the data obtained by chemical analysis. The abovementioned formulation was verified by about 20 commercial superalloys.
