摘要 参考文献 相关文章 Metrics 全文: PDF(2510 KB)   摘要: 用透射电镜、电阻-温度曲线、应力-应变曲线和显微硬度等方法研究了近等原子Ni-Ti合金(51.6at.-％Ni-Ti)中析出相的形成规律及其对性能的影响. Abstract：The formatiin rule of precipitation in Ni-rich, containing 51.6 at.-%Ni, NiTi alloy and its influence on properties have been investigated by means of observation under TEM and measurements of temperature dependence of resistivity, stress-strain curve and microhardness. The precipitate may be formed by aging at 300—600℃ and grown up with the increase of aging temperature and time.
