摘要: 螺旋燃烧方式是自蔓延高温合成中的不稳定燃烧方式之一。本文较详细地研究了3Ni+Si系统中反应物颗粒大小、化学配比,压坯相对密度及预热温度等因素对螺旋燃烧特性(螺旋燃烧频率,螺距,燃烧速度及温度等)的影响,并对螺旋燃烧的现象进行了分析探讨结果认为,不稳定的螺旋燃烧是由于过程的热不稳定而引起的,随着工艺参数的改变,Ni_3Si的自蔓延高温合成既可以按稳定燃烧方式进行,也可以按螺旋燃烧方式进行。

Abstract:The effects of reactant particle size. Si content, preheating temperature and bulk density of the green compacts on the characteristics of spin combustion (such as frequency of spin, pitch, average combustion wave velocity and combustion temperature) in (3Ni+Si) systems have been studied in detail.
