摘要: 用选区电子衍射结合约化胞程序分析的方法,发现在缓冷的TiNi合金中存在以(1/2)〈001〉和(1/8)〈210〉超点阵衍射斑点为特征的亚稳相──x相,它属于单斜晶系,其点阵常数为:a=0.669nm,b=0.603nm,c=0.951nm和β=95°。

Abstract:Thin foil samples of TiNi shape memory alloy,furnace cooled, were studied by selected area electron diffraction (SAD). Metastable x-phase, characterized by (1/2) <001> and (1/8) <210> superlattice diffraction spots,was newly discovered. It is confirmed by the combination of SAD and reduced cell program analyses that x-phase belongs to monoclinic crystal system.
