摘要: 根据Fick第二定律,考虑互扩散系数随Al浓度变化的规律,提出渗铝钢件在大气介质中较高温度下使用时渗层表面Al的退化过程,预测退化量或使表面达到某一Al浓度所经历的时间,并以实验验证.应用预测表面Al退化量的公式进行计算表明,计算值与实测值非常吻合.

Abstract:Based on Fick's law, the kinetic expression considering the variance of interdiffusion coefficients in Fe-Al-C system with AI concentration was derived for estimating the AI degeneration of aluminized layer on steel undergone high temperature oxidation. The calculated values obtained were in fair agreement with the measured ones by experiments.
