摘要: 利用原位接触反应法成功地制取了TiC颗粒增强Al复合材料.TiC颗粒尺寸为微米至纳米级,基本上无点阵缺陷.颗粒与基体α-Al之间界面干净,无界面反应层.材料具有较好的综合力学性能.

Abstract:The TiC reinforced Al composite was prepared by in-situ contact-reaction.The TiC particles are sized down to nm, and free from lattice defect practically. No interaction between TiC and α-Al interfaces was found. The composite, thus, has a superior properties as comparison with that of pure Al.
