摘要: 研究了铸造镍基高温会金M38在不同SO_2+O_2平衡混合气氛中于700—900℃高温条件下的腐蚀行为。发现非连续称重测得的动力学曲线呈抛物线规律。提出了M38合金在SO_2+O_2混合气氛中的腐蚀机理,并探讨了合金元素Al,Ti,Ta的作用。

Abstract:The high temperature corrosion behaviour of the Ni-base casting su-peralloy M38 has been studied under the equilibrium SO_2+O_2 mixed gaseous environ-ment in the temperature range of 700-900℃. The kinetic curve, measured by non-continuous weighing, obeys the parabolic law. A corrosion mechanism was pro-posed and the effects of Al, Ti and Ta were also discussed.
