摘要: <正> 一、引言及理论模型 通过杂质-空位复合体在金属中行为的研究,将有助于减少辐照损伤对核结构材料的影响,同时也将在理论上加深对金属脆性机理的理解,完善所采用的理论模型,以往的实验方法很难处理低浓度、10~(-10)m尺度的杂质-空位复合体。最近,正电子湮没技术在研究这类问题中获得
Abstract:The electron structures of H, He, Kr-void complex in Fe and the positron behavior in the complex have been investigated. It has been shown that the positron annihilation provides the information about the kind of impurity and the size of complex. The bound energy of impurity changes sensitively with the increase of the volume of complex.
