摘要: <正> 1959年 Johnston 和 Gilman 提出位错运动速度 v 与有效应力 σ~*之间的经验公式为:V=B(σ~*)~(m*) (1)其中 B 是系数,m~*称为位错速度的应力指数。用应力弛豫法可以测定 m~*值,如下式所示:
Abstract:The dislocation velocity-stress exponents,m~*,of commercial pure Ti,Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-15Mo alloys,which were charged with hydrogen,were measured by means of the stress relaxation method at room temperature.The results show that when hydrogen concentration in pure Ti,Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-15Mo alloys exceeds 310,620 and 1100 ppm respectively, the m~* value increases as the increasing of hydrogen concentration,that seems to be due to decreasing the binding energy of lattice.
