摘要 参考文献 相关文章 Metrics 全文: PDF(503 KB)   摘要: 选用近期实验所测得的较为准确的RE-O,RE-S和RE-O-S系统的热力学数据,建立了纯铁液中的[Ce]-[O]-[S]空间沉淀图。应用热力学理论计算了铁液中氧硫活度和所生成的稀土夹杂物之间的定量关系。又以实验事实为依据,确定铁水初始氧硫活度和所生成稀土夹杂物类型的关系,并且验证了理论计算的结果。 Abstract：A space precipitation diagram of [Ce]-[O]-[S] in pure liquid iron has been constructed by proper selection of the recent and correct experimental thermodynamical data collected from allied equilibrium systems of RE-O, RE-S and RE-O-S. The quantitative correlation between the activity of oxygen or sulphur and the constitution of RE inclusions formed has been evaluated theoretically by thermodynamical calculation.
