摘要: 用倒极图法研究了含0.3%Ce对Fe-Cr合金在高温下氧化膜(Cr_2O_3)择优取向的作用。加Ce的主要取向为(10110)⊥、(1014)⊥,(1126)⊥;不加的主要取向为(1014)⊥,(1126)⊥,(0112)⊥。 实验证明,Ce富聚于氧化膜和基体(α-Fe)的界面,起着增强和保持氧化膜择优取向的作用,从而改善合金的抗氧化性能。
Abstract:Study was made of the effect of addition of 0.3% Ce on the preferred ori-entation of grains in oxide scale formed on Fe-15Cr alloy at elevated temperatureby the inverse-pole-figure method. The main orientation is (101 10)_⊥, (1014)_⊥,(1126)_⊥ or (1014)_⊥, (1126)_⊥, (0112)_⊥ for the alloy containing or not respectively.The Ce was found to be accumulated at the interface between the oxide scale andalloy. The presence of Ce appears to have an improving effect over the oxidationresistance of the alloy owing to enhancing and keeping the preferred orientationof grains in oxide scale.
