摘要: 在低碳Cr-Mo-V钢中进行了不同方法的热处理以改变基体中碳化物组织的情况。热处理后作了显微观察、碳化物组成及定量金相测定和氢脆试验。试验结果表明,碳化物的分布及形状对于低合金高强度钢的氢脆敏感性有明显的影响。无论是淬冷加回火还是空冷加回火处理,随着回火时间的增长,表观氢扩散系数均趋于增加,表明了钢中陷阱密度的下降。
Abstract:The quantitative metallographic observation of altered carbide microstructuresin the matrix and test of hydrogen embrittlement for a low carbon Cr-Mo-Vsteel undergone different regimes of heat treatment were conducted. The experi-mental results are believed to support the authors' previous prediction that thedistribution and shape of the catbides affect obviously the susceptibility of HSLAsteel to hydrogen embrittlement. The measurement of apparent diffusion coeffi-cients of Q+T and N+T specimens revealed that the values of D increased withthe increase of tempering time, suggesting that the density of traps was reduced.
