摘要: 利用测定磁化功之差法,研究了旋转磁场退火(RFA)温度T_(RFA)、保温时间t_(RFA)和冷速V_(RFA)对非晶Fe_5Co_(73)Si_(10)B_(12)合金磁各向异性K_Q的影响规律,发现在T_(RFA)=400℃,t_(RFA)=30min和V_(RFA)=6℃/min条件下,RFA可使K_Q降低约80%.K_Q减少的原因是由于RFA驱散了应力-磁致伸缩耦合与原子对方向有序引起的磁各向异性的结果.
Abstract:The modification of the magnetic anisotropy of the amorphous alloyFe_5Co_(73_Si_(10)B_(12)influenced by the annealing in rotary magnetic field under differenttemperatures,times and cooling rates has been investigated by means of the mea-surement of the magnetization difference between parallel and perpendicular tothe longitudinal direction of the ribbon specimens.It was obtained that under theconditions of 400℃,30 min and 6℃/min,the anisotropy may be reduced up toabout 80%.The proposal has also been analyzed that the above-mentioned modi-fication of magnetic anisotropy is caused by dispersing the directional orderingof the coupling of stress-magneto-striction and atomic pairs.
