摘要: 在50—300℃范围内考查了非晶Fe_(76)Si_(10)B_(14)合金的磁导率衰减的动力学行为.给出了引起磁导率衰减的结构弛豫谱,计算了最可几激活能的分布范围.用Kronmü-ller发展的二能级单组态模型讨论了这类弛豫的可逆性,分析了磁导率衰减的根源.
Abstract:Kinetics of the magnetic permeability decay of an amorphous alloy Fe_(76)Si_(10)B_(14)at temperature range of 50-300℃ was examined.The evidence of isochronalstructural relaxation spectra as the origin of the magnetic permeability decay wasobtained.The most probable activation energy and the distribution of activationenergy were calculated.By using the two-level-one-configuration model developedby Kronmüller,the reversibility of this type of relaxations was discussed.Theorigin of the decay was also analyzed.
