摘要: 用电阻法、光学显微镜和透射电镜研究了Mn含量对Cu-Al-Zn-Mn-Ni合金的相变点、马氏体形态和亚结构以及形状记忆效应的影响.结果表明:Mn含量增高导致相变温度显著降低,弹性马氏体相变温度范围变宽,并使马氏体形态由平行排列的长条状向自协作形态不断完善,马氏体亚结构由孪晶型向层错型过渡.马氏体的自协作完善程度和变体大小及淬火空位对合金的形状记忆效应有显著影响.
Abstract:The influence of Mn content on the transition temperature,martensite mor-phology and substructure as well as the shape memory effect in Cu-Al-Zn-Mn-Nialloys has been investigated by means of electrical resistance measurement,opticmicroscope and TEM observations.Experimental results showed that with theincrease of Mn content,the transition temperature decreases considerably and thetemperature range of the thermoelastic martensite transformation broadens;themartensitie morphology is being perfected from the parallel plates into the self-accommodation configuration;and the martensitic substructure undergoes atransition from twin to stacking fault Wpe.The perfection of the self-accommo-dation,the size of martensitic variant as well as the quenched-in vacancies havea remarkably influence on the shape memory effect of the alloys.
