摘要: 用推广的G-L方程计算了低温下第二类超导体的磁场穿透深度λ(T),相干长度ξ(T),高临界场H_(c2)(T)及系数κ_1(T)和κ_2(T).导出了低温下描写磁通线结构的方程,在某些简化假设下计算了低临界场H_(c1)(T).讨论了杂质对λ,ξ,κ_1,κ_2和H_(c1)的影响.计算表明低温下当外磁场H_0趋于H_(c2)(T)时,Werthamer方程和王竹溪方程不再成立.
Abstract:The penetration depth λ(T),coherent length ξ(T),high critical field H_(c2)(T)andcoefficients k_1(T)and k_2(T)of the type II superconductors at low temperature werecalculated by the generalized G-L equations.An expression of the structure of avortex line at low temperature was derived.The lower critical field H_(c1)(T)was eval-uated by some simplified assumptions.The effect of the impurities on λ,ξ,k_1,k_2and H_(c1)was also discussed.After the calculation,it shows that the Werthamer'sand Wang's equations are no longer valid while the applied field H_0 approachesto H_(c2)(T)at low temperature.
