摘要: 对中碳铬镍钼钢的四种不同组织,进行了显徽组织、断裂韧度、带裂纹样品冲击韧性实验以及宏观断口和微观断口的观察。对它们之间的对应关系得到一些初步结果。在四种组织中,以600℃回火的索氏体组织样品的断裂韧度最大,在300℃左右的温度范围内出现断裂韧度最低。带裂纹的冲击值与三点弯曲断裂韧度值有一致的趋势。此外,根据不同的微观断口特征,对目前正在发展和积累数据的断口定量分析,进行了初步尝试,对断口特征值与断裂韧度之间的关系进行了一些探讨。
Abstract:An investigation was conducted to observe the microstructure and macro-or micro-fracture surface, and to determine the fracture toughness and impact toughness of fatigue precracked specimens of four different types of structure of a medium-carbon CrNiMo steel. Some primary results were shown that its highest fracture toughness was evaluated by the specimens of sorbitie structure tempered at 600℃, but the lowest up to about 300℃. An identical variation is noted between the impact toughness of the fatigue precracked specimens and the fracture toughness from tri-point bending tests. Moreover, the numeral estimation for the various fractured surface characteristics with relation to fracture toughness has been attempted.
