摘要: 本文从试样形状、锻造变形量、氧的表面污染、原材料化学成分和组织结构诸因素的影响出发,对Ti-679合金蠕变暴露后脆化的原因进行了对比性的试验研究.实验工作表明,近α型的Ti-679合金的热稳定性不仅与合金的成分有关,还与加工变形过程中形成的组织有关,而原材料的β轧制组织是合金丧失热稳定性的主要原因.
Abstract:The effect of specimen shape, degree of deformation by forging, surface contam-ination of O_2, chemical composition and microstructure on the brittle fracture ofTi-679 alloy subjected to creep test at 450℃ for 100h have been studied. Thethermal stability of the alloy close to α-region was not only related to the alloycomposition, but also to the microstructure formed in the process of deformation.The appearance of the rolled β structure was regarded as the main cause in dete-riorating the thermal stability of this alloy.
