摘要: 利用放射性同位素Ca~(45)作为示踪元素,研究了轴承钢冶炼过程中混渣夹杂物的形成和上浮规律,以及钢中混渣夹杂物的残留量与其分布于钢中的状况、颗粒大小、形貌和组成。实验结果表明,混渣是造成轴承钢中点状夹杂物的来源之一。但是,通过适当的工艺措施,大部分夹杂物特别是大颗粒夹杂物可以排除。
Abstract:The formation and floating-out of slag inclusions in liquid bearing steel have beenstudied with the aid of radioactive isotope Ca~(45) by observing the amount, size, distri-bution, motphology and composition of residual slag inclusions in ingots after solidi-fication. It has been found that the entrapment of slag during tapping could be thecause of the presence globular inclusions in the steel, but that most part of such inclu-sions especially large ones can be eliminated by taking appropriate measures duringmelting and teeming.
