摘要: 通过热力学计算说明,用碳素锰铁在转炉内吹氧脱碳的方法生产中碳和低碳锰铁是完全可能的。估算了吹炼中、低碳锰铁所需的温度条件和吹炼过程中锰的挥发损失,负压操作的效果。
Abstract:A new process for producing medium and low-carbon ferromanganese wherebyhigh-carbon ferromanganese is decarburized by gaseous oxygen in a converter is propos-ed. This paper gives the thermodynamic grounds of the process, in which the temper-ature conditions for the conversion is indicated, the loss of manganese by vaporizationand effect of vacuum estimated.
