摘要: 研究锆在含钛的钼合金中的内吸附及其对再结晶温度和高温力学性能的影响。实验结果指出,锆是内表面活性元素,在含钛的钼合金中可以产生内吸附,并能显著提高钼合金的再结晶温度、高温硬度和压蠕变强度。根据位错理论,讨论了锆提高钼合金的再结晶温度和高温强度的原因,认为上述效应可能与内吸附有关。
Abstract:The internal adsorption of zirconium in molybdenum alloys containing titanium andits effect on the recrystallization temperture and high temperature strength were studied.It is shown that in Mo-0.5% Ti alloys, zirconium has a strong tendency to segregate at thegrain boundaries of molybdenum, and as a result, the recrystallization temperature, hothardness and compressive creep strength of the alloys are markedly increased. Thefunction of zirconium in raising the recrystallization temperature and high temperaturestrength is discussed. And it is believed that the internal adsorption of zirconium mayaccount for its beneficial strengthening effects in molybdenum alloys.
