摘要: 本文对磨矿机的临界转速问题,作了此较详细的理论探讨.同时,指出了Davis公式的严重缺点,并且提出了计算公式:(?)依照我们的理论,则目前流行的高转速磨矿在理论上说是完全可行的.经过分析,以及从实验时的实测数据,与用公式(8)及公式(1)(见正文)计算所得的结果加以比较,可以看出:该公式更有理论基础和更接近于实际.
Abstract:A new theory of grinding in tumbling mills is suggested.According to this theory the critical speed of ball mill is represented by:(?)in which:n—critical speed in r.p.m.;f—coefficient of friction between balls and the internal surface of the mill;D—internal diameter of the mill in meter;k=R_2/R_1,R_1 the internal radius of the mill and R_2 the distances between thesurface of ball load and the mill axis.This equation gives a better agreement between theoretical data and experimentalresults than the well known Davis' equation.
