Abstract  The disaccommodation that is not recovered by demagnetization under isothermally aging for the amorphous alloy (Fe_(0.1)Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.4))_(78)Si_8B_(14) has been measured by using an automatic equipment. Consequently, the kinetical behaviour of the low temperature structural relaxation of the alloy was studied, as well as its activation energy and the relaxation spectrum were evaluated. The results show that its low temperature structural relaxation is a multiple relaxation process with low average activation energy, in which a chemical short range order (CSRO) is developed.
