Abstract The rectification of eccentricity was revealed to be more effective intube sinking than drawing wan a mandral. The ratio of thickness to diameter oftube blank on both sides of thick and thin wall seems to be the principal influen-tial factor in rectifying eccentricity. The greater the initial outside diameter and theinitial wall thickness difference are and the less the initial wall thickness of thetube blank is, the better the rectification.
