Abstract  The SPHC (Steel Plate Heat Commercial) hot strips containing 10ppm~50ppm B were produced in the simulation of TSCR production route in the laboratory,the effects of boron micro-alloying on the microstucture,precipitates and mechanical properties were investigated.The results showed that the grain-size scale of the SPHC hot strips containing 10ppm~50ppm B can attain to 7~8 grade,the mean grain size was up to 22~35μm, the yield strength decreased by 94Mpa.
