Abstract The Sn-Bi nanometer powder was prepared by the electrohydrodynamic technique with quartz capillary nozzle. The processing parameters have been investigated.With the increase in DC voltage and the decrease in diameter of capillary nozzle, the particulate size of the Sn-Bi nanometer powder will be reduced.
