Abstract The formatiin rule of precipitation in Ni-rich, containing 51.6 at.-%Ni, NiTi alloy and its influence on properties have been investigated by means of observation under TEM and measurements of temperature dependence of resistivity, stress-strain curve and microhardness. The precipitate may be formed by aging at 300—600℃ and grown up with the increase of aging temperature and time. It Influences remarkably the shape-memory properties of the alloy.
