摘要: 采用定性和定量手段系统比较了高能球磨法与常规混合法对SiCp(B4Cp)/Al复合材料增强体颗粒分布均匀性的影响研究结果表明:高能球磨法使增强体颗粒弥散均匀分布于基体中,是实现增强体颗粒均匀分布的最有效的方法常规混合法制备的复合材料中存在增强体颗粒的偏聚现象,颗粒偏聚程度与混粉方式和混粉时间有关,干混时存在最佳的混粉时间,而温混时混合物的均匀度随混粉时间的延长而不断提高

Abstract:Effect of high energy ball milling and general mixing on the spatial distribution of reinforcements of SiCp (B4Cp)/Al composites was investigated systematically at qualitative and quantitative level. High energy ball milling,which leads to the dispersed homogeneous distribution of reinforcements in the matrix, is the most effective method for obtaining homogeneous distribution of reinforcements. There are clusters of reinforcements in the composites fabricated by general mixing. The degree of reinforcement clusters is related to mixing medium and mixing time. For uniform distribution of reinforcements by dry blending procedure there is a optimum mixing time, however, by wet blending procedure the distribution of reinforcement is improved with the increasement of mixing time.
