摘要: 在不同比率的CO/CO_2气氛及1100—1200℃的温度范围内,测定了某厂高铁富锡熔渣的粘度和电导率。发现此二性质对温度和气氛都很敏感。在1gη和 1/T及1gx和 1/T之间存在着线性关系,并符合于Я.И.Френкель提出的指数方程式。从实验数据计算了在不同气氛时的粘流活化能及电导活化能。这些数值皆随气氛中还原组分CO的减小而激剧增大。对此结果提出了可能的解释。
Abstract:The viscosity and conductivity of a tin-rich, ferruginous slag at 1100—1350℃ weredetermined under a mixture of CO and CO_2. Conforming with Frenkel's theory, theseproperties vary exponentially with the reciprocal of the absolute temperature. The ac-tiviation energy of viscosity and conductivity depend upon the composition of the atmos-phere, and they increase rapidly as the content of CO decreases in the CO-CO_2 mixture.A tentative explanation of this has been put forward.
