摘要: 10Ti钢热轧板卷头尾部的屈服强度比中部高出约10kg/mm~2。从晶粒细化、固溶强化、亚晶块强化以及TiC的弥散强化等各方面讨论了钛钢同卷机性差异的原因。指出TiC的分布状态差异是主要因素。
Abstract:The yield strength of both ends of a hot-rolled 10Ti steel roll was found tobe about 10kg/mm~2 higher than its middle. Various factors possibly contributableto such an inhomogeneity in mechanical properties have been considered andsupported by experimental investigation. It is concluded that size and distributionof TiC particles are the main cause of the difference in yield strength betweenthe ends and the middle of the roll.
