摘要: 本文以扫描电镜(附X射线波长谱仪和能谱仪)为主要工具,对用Al脱氧的30MnNiMoCu铸钢无光泽小棱面断口进行了研究,发现AlN沿柱状晶界在枝晶间析出是产生此类断口的主要原因。本文还着重探讨了AlN的固溶和析出规律,以及不同Al和Ti加入量与AlN析出之间的定量关系。
Abstract:A SEM investigation has been made of the occurrence of the dark facet fracture in Al deoxidized cast steel 30MnNiMoCu using dispersive spectrometers of X-ray wave and energy. It was found that the AIN precipitation in the interdendritic areas along the original as-casted columnar grain boundaries contributes mainly to this kind of fracture. The solution and precipitation behaviour of AIN as well as the dependence of AIN on the amounts of Al and Ti added have also been discussed quantitatively.
