摘要 参考文献 相关文章 Metrics 全文: PDF(1437 KB)   摘要: 本文以扫描电镜(附X射线波长谱仪和能谱仪)为主要工具,对用Al脱氧的30MnNiMoCu铸钢无光泽小棱面断口进行了研究,发现AlN沿柱状晶界在枝晶间析出是产生此类断口的主要原因。本文还着重探讨了AlN的固溶和析出规律,以及不同Al和Ti加入量与AlN析出之间的定量关系。 Abstract：A SEM investigation has been made of the occurrence of the dark facet fracture in Al deoxidized cast steel 30MnNiMoCu using dispersive spectrometers of X-ray wave and energy. It was found that the AIN precipitation in the interdendritic areas along the original as-casted columnar grain boundaries contributes mainly to this kind of fracture.
