摘要 参考文献 相关文章 Metrics 全文: PDF(530 KB)   摘要: 用结构因数F(S_(6c),y)对一些成分为A_(1-y)B_y的A-15型化合物的长程有序参数重新进行了计算(S_(6c)是6c子晶格的长程有序参数),指出了van Rcuth等和wang等分析计算所用的目标函数中各项的权重因子以及由此得到的关于这些化合物中有序-无序状态的结论均需要重新考察.同时指出.用X射线衍射强度分析所得的成分和其它精确方法所得的成分进行比较可作为所测得的长程有序参数的最小误差的一个判据,从而绐出获得目标函数中正确的权重因子和长程有序参数的一个必要条件.
